It's the only book on all the earth that tells us what happened in the past and what will happen in the future. It is a Jewish book. The prophets were Jews. The disciples were Jews and Jesus, our Messiah chose to come to this earth as a Jew. Jesus Himself said to the woman at the well "you Samaritans know very little about the one you worship, while we Jews know all about him, for salvation comes through the Jews." (John 4:22)

Did you realize that there is only one thing in the entire Bible that the Lord has promised to do

with all of his heart and soul?

"I will gather them out of all countries where I have driven them in My anger, in My fury, and in great wrath; I will bring them back to this place, and I will cause them to dwell safely..Yes, I will rejoice over them to do them good, and I will assuredly plant them in this land, with all My heart and with all My soul." Jeremiah 32:37,41

In case you didn't know, the Jewish people had been scattered by God to all four corners of the earth because of their rebellion in ancient days. After they were scattered, the land of Israel became desolate like a wasteland for nearly 2000 years. On May 14, 1948, in just one day (as foretold in prophecy) Israel became a nation as God promised they would and they are now back on the scene as the Lord is fulfilling prophetic promises to restore the land and the people of Israel prior to His return. We are watching prophecy take place before our eyes. The King is coming soon.

Israel is at the center of God's plan from Genesis to Revelation. Unfortunately, in ignorance, there have been many lies propagated within the church as it relates to Israel which have been passed down through generations. Because Israel had been desolate for so long many in the church began to think that maybe the church had actually replaced Israel in the Bible. But that couldn't be further from the truth but we won't know this if we don't READ THE BIBLE OURSELVES.  " The Gentiles shall come to You From the ends of the earth and say, “Surely our fathers have inherited lies, Worthlessness and unprofitable things.” (Jeremiah 16:19)

“But the time is coming,” says the Lord, “when people who are taking an oath will no longer say, ‘As surely as the Lord lives, who rescued the people of Israel from the land of Egypt.’ Instead, they will say, ‘As surely as the Lord lives, who brought the people of Israel back to their own land from the land of the north and from all the countries to which he had exiled them.’ For I will bring them back to this land that I gave their ancestors." (Jeremiah 16:14-15)

Did you realize that Jesus will return when all of the things that the prophets foretold come to pass?

"For he (JESUS) must remain in heaven until the time for the final restoration of all things, as God promised long ago through his holy prophets.

So, what exactly did God promise through His Holy Prophets?

Hebrew Roots of Christianity & God's Pla...

Apostle Paul explains it this way...

"I ask, then, has God rejected his own people, the nation of Israel? Of course not! I myself am an Israelite, a descendant of Abraham and a member of the tribe of Benjamin. No, God has not rejected his own people, whom he chose from the very beginning. Do you realize what the Scriptures say about this? ...

Did God’s people stumble and fall beyond recovery? Of course not! They were disobedient, so God made salvation available to the Gentiles. But he wanted his own people to become jealous and claim it for themselves. Now if the Gentiles were enriched because the people of Israel turned down God’s offer of salvation, think how much greater a blessing the world will share when they finally accept it. I am saying all this, especially for you Gentiles. God has appointed me as the apostle to the Gentiles. I stress this,  for I want somehow to make the people of Israel jealous of what you Gentiles have, so I might save some of them. For since their rejection meant that God offered salvation to the rest of the world, their acceptance will be even more wonderful. It will be life for those who were dead!  And since Abraham and the other patriarchs were holy, their descendants will also be holy—just as the entire batch of dough is holy because the portion given as an offering is holy. For if the roots of the tree are holy, the branches will be, too. But some of these branches from Abraham’s tree—some of the people of Israel—have been broken off. And you Gentiles, who were branches from a wild olive tree, have been grafted in. So now you also receive the blessing God has promised Abraham and his children, sharing in the rich nourishment from the root of God’s special olive tree. But you must not brag about being grafted in to replace the branches that were broken off.

You are just a branch, not the root.

“Well,” you may say, “those branches were broken off to make room for me.” Yes, but remember—those branches were broken off because they didn’t believe in Christ, and you are there because you do believe. So don’t think highly of yourself, but fear what could happen.  For if God did not spare the original branches, he won’t spare you either.

Notice how God is both kind and severe. He is severe toward those who disobeyed, but kind to you if you continue to trust in his kindness. But if you stop trusting, you also will be cut off. And if the people of Israel turn from their unbelief, they will be grafted in again, for God has the power to graft them back into the tree.  You, by nature, were a branch cut from a wild olive tree. So if God was willing to do something contrary to nature by grafting you into his cultivated tree, he will be far more eager to graft the original branches back into the tree where they belong. I want you to understand this mystery, dear brothers and sisters, so that you will not feel proud about yourselves. Some of the people of Israel have hard hearts, but this will last only until the fullness of the Gentiles comes in...

Many of the people of Israel are now enemies of the Good News, and this benefits you Gentiles. Yet they are still the people he loves because he chose their ancestors Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. For God’s gifts and his call can never be withdrawn. Once, you Gentiles were rebels against God, but when the people of Israel rebelled against him, God was merciful to you instead. Now they are the rebels, and God’s mercy has come to you so that they, too, will share in God’s mercy. For God has imprisoned everyone in disobedience so he could have mercy on everyone.  Oh, how great are God’s riches and wisdom and knowledge! How impossible it is for us to understand his decisions and his ways!

Romans 11: 1-2,11-25, 28-33
